Collin Moosbrugger

Collin joined Waggonner & Ball after graduating from Tulane University in 2019, where he immersed himself in the urban design challenges of New Orleans, shaping his work through emphasis on public spaces with attention to culture and place. He brings design and technical experience with Louisiana’s regional water issues, emphasizing resilience at the scale of the region.

At Waggonner & Ball, Collin has been part of multiple educational design projects, ranging from master planning to standalone new buildings to interiors. He has also participated in design workshops for school projects and large scale master planning work at Xavier and Dillard Universities, and in urban planning projects in New Orleans and Hampton and Chesapeake, Virginia. Collin has expertise in working through the design process at every phase, from planning to programming to building design.

A student of cities, Collin is a key member of Waggonner & Ball’s planning and resilience practice. Advancing a systems approach to infrastructure and public space, he works to integrate green infrastructure into urban environments at all scales, from stormwater planning across city districts to the design of parks and the detailing of buildings.
