Steve Scollo

Steve returned in 2007 to New Orleans after working as Principal of his own firm in Minturn, Colorado, where he completed several projects such as the Brigham Residence, the Vail International Gallery, tenant finish work at the Belle Fare, and renovation of the Jardis Residence. He collaborated on a series of projects including the Eagle Ranch Mixed Use Facilities.

Steve's other work experience includes working at Cottle Graybeal Yaw (previously Cottle Carr Yaw) in Avon, Colorado, where he served as project manager on many projects, including several single family and multi-family residences in the mountain resort areas of Colorado, as well as the Snowmass Golf Clubhouse in Snowmass, Colorado. He was also project manager for a high-end mixed-use residential project in Los Alamos, New Mexico. While at the office of Slifer Designs in Edwards, Colorado, he completed interior-based designs and renovations, including a residential renovation in Vail, Colorado, and the Hyatt Mountain Lodge and Villa Montaine in Beaver Creek, Colorado. As an Intern, he worked at Peter Woerner & Associates in New Haven, Connecticut on residences in Vermont, Connecticut, and Anguilla, British West Indies. When previously in New Orleans, Steve worked as a designer at the Tulane Regional Urban Design Center in New Orleans on master planning and architectural design studies for the Mandeville Trace Project, Covington master planning and the Gulfport master planning study. He has H.A.B.S. documentation experience and has worked on multiple LEED-certified projects.
